Tim’s Oven Roasted Potatoes

Oven roasted potatoes don’t take that much time at all, make the house smell great and taste fantastic.  These potatoes are seasoned just right with a little heat. They go great with roasted chicken, grilled steak and more.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash potatoes and cut lengthwise.
  3. Chop the potatoes into chunks.
  4. Mix together spices in a small bowl. Use your fingers to crush the rosemary and blend everything together.
  5. Place potatoes in a large bowl and coat with olive oil first and then add spices. Toss the potatoes around until coated.
  6. Place foil on a baking sheet and coat with non-stick spray. Spread potatoes out on the sheet evenly. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, turn over potatoes with a spatula and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove potatoes from the oven, let rest for 3 minutes and serve.
