Oven roasted potatoes don’t take that much time at all, make the house smell great and taste fantastic. These potatoes are seasoned just right with a little heat. They go great with roasted chicken, grilled steak and more.

Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp rosemary dried
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper use more if one likes spicy
- 1/2 tsp ground chipotle pepper
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash potatoes and cut lengthwise.
- Chop the potatoes into chunks.
- Mix together spices in a small bowl. Use your fingers to crush the rosemary and blend everything together.
- Place potatoes in a large bowl and coat with olive oil first and then add spices. Toss the potatoes around until coated.
- Place foil on a baking sheet and coat with non-stick spray. Spread potatoes out on the sheet evenly. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, turn over potatoes with a spatula and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove potatoes from the oven, let rest for 3 minutes and serve.
