Lets face it, its a busy world. These Honey Garlic & Ginger Chicken Thighs are a perfect meal for ones that are always on the go! They are easy to make and one only needs a few ingredients from the pantry. Set the slow cooker on low, cook for 5 hours and one will have an asian inspired chicken that falls right off the bone. When I made these I swore that I would only eat two pieces. These are so flavorful and addictive that I had to eat three. I encourage everyone to try these and be prepared to have taste buds singing a sweet song of mmm.
