Recipe: Buffalo Turkey Pizza with Ranch Drizzle

I love pizza and especially utilizing leftovers to create an awesome pie.  I made this to die for Buffalo Turkey Pizza with leftover dark meat and a few ingredients that can be found in most refrigerators. This recipe is so simple and taste great.  One can use store bought pizza dough or use my recipe for pizza dough found here.  For the ranch dressing I utilized 2% greek yogurt instead of mayo. By substituting standard ingredients, I shaved off a whopping 150 grams of fat in the process! This recipe is so easy, fast and a leftovers treasure.  I hope you all try this recipe and many more that I have suggested for the holiday season.

Recipe: Buffalo Turkey Pizza with Ranch Drizzle
A flavorful buffalo turkey pizza thats simple to make and taste fantastic!
  1. Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 450 degrees. Allow stone to preheat for an hour. Cut turkey pieces into chunks and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet set to medium heat, add turkey drippings. Add turkey chunks and 1/4 cup of the buffalo wing sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Shape dough on parchment paper and start the assembly of the pizza. Use a 1/4 of buffalo wing sauce, add cheese and then top with buffaloed turkey chunks and red onion. Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Make the ranch dressing packet according to directions. Substitute 2% greek yogurt instead of mayo because one can save over 100 grams of fat!
  5. Remove pizza from oven and drizzle ranch dressing on top. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot!
