Squeeze out the juice of four limes. Mince the garlic and finely chop the cilantro.
In a small bowl add cilantro, garlic, sazon, adobo, honey, olive oil, and lime juice.
Combine all of the ingredients together until everything is incorporated together.
Place the raw ribs in a bowl or quart size zip lock bag and add marinade. Refrigerate for 24 hours. If you’re in a real hurry then at least 2 hours.
Place a large skillet on medium-hight heat and add vegetable oil. Let the skillet reach temp and carefully add in ribs one at a time. Watch the splatters. Do not discard the flavorful marinade.
Cook the ribs for 10 minutes on one side. Carefully turn the ribs over and then add remaining marinade. Cook an additional 10 minutes. Make sure to watch the heat as many stoves vary in the way they produce temperature.
