Chop lobster meat into bite sized chucks. In a large bowl combine chopped lobster meat, mayo, old bay, celery, scallion, lemon juice and worchestershire sauce. Mix until everything is combined. Place in a refrigerator and let sit for 30 mins.
Place butter on each white side of the rolls. Using a griddle set to medium heat, brown rolls on each side.
Place about 2 tbsp of coleslaw on the bottom of each roll.
Stack on chunks of lobster meat on top of the coleslaw.
Place a slice of avocado onto 1 side of each roll and serve.
