BBQ Pulled Pork, Bacon & Jalapeno Grilled Cheese
A spicy BBQ grilled cheese thats easy to make and guest will love.

Ingredients

  1. In a small cup or bowl combine BBQ and hot sauce.
  2. Cut Velveeta cheese into 1/4 inch chunks and then cut into halves. See the attached picture.
  3. Lay down two slices of bread onto a clean surface and distribute the cheese evenly on each bread slice.
  4. Top the cheese with pulled pork evenly. Be careful not to go to close to the edges.
  5. Top the pulled pork with french fries, jalapenos and bbq/hot sauce mixture.
  6. Sprinkle on the shredded cheddar cheese and top with slices of bacon. Lay on the top slices of bread and carefully smush each sandwich down so they hold together nicely.
  7. Butter each side of the grilled cheese and place on a non-stick skillet set to medium heat. Place the velveeta side down first.
  8. Allow the grilled cheese to cook on each side for about 3 minutes. Be careful not to burn the sandwich.
  9. Carefully remove from heat and serve hot.
