I love grilled cheese especially with rich, molten velveeta cheese. Another one of my favorite flavors is BBQ. I combined the best of both worlds in this truly delicious and dense taste bud fantasy. This sandwich is stacked with pulled pork, fries, cheddar cheese, jalapenos and melty velveeta. Warning: Do not make this grilled cheese sandwich for the faint at heart.

Instructions
- In a small cup or bowl combine BBQ and hot sauce.
- Cut Velveeta cheese into 1/4 inch chunks and then cut into halves. See the attached picture.
- Lay down two slices of bread onto a clean surface and distribute the cheese evenly on each bread slice.
- Top the cheese with pulled pork evenly. Be careful not to go to close to the edges.
- Top the pulled pork with french fries, jalapenos and bbq/hot sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle on the shredded cheddar cheese and top with slices of bacon. Lay on the top slices of bread and carefully smush each sandwich down so they hold together nicely.
- Butter each side of the grilled cheese and place on a non-stick skillet set to medium heat. Place the velveeta side down first.
- Allow the grilled cheese to cook on each side for about 3 minutes. Be careful not to burn the sandwich.
- Carefully remove from heat and serve hot.
