Basalmic Red Onion, Spinach and Fig Pizza
This pizza balances the sweetness of balsamic vinegar and figs with the pungent taste of goat cheese. I used homemade pizza dough and the crust came out crispy to near perfection. For the cheese I kept it local with whole milk mozaerlla from @cappiellofoods and the goat cheese from @vermontcreamery
